• 1 egg white
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 2 TBsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¼ cup flour
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1 ½ Tbsp milk
Line 2 cupcake moulds after preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk egg white and sugar until combined, tip in melted butter and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. Add milk, combine and pour the batter in the cupcake moulds. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Top the cupcakes with a frosting of your choice.
